1967 ELEANOR SHELBY RECREATION, Started with a 1967 Mustang Fastback car from North Carolina. The car went through a complete restoration and is now completely rust free. The body received new:
One Eleanor Kit, all glassed in
New Fire wall
Upper and lower cowel panels
Front torque boxes
Full Floors and frame extensions
3 Front Inner Fenders
Front Core support & battery tray
Drivers full door skin
Drivers 1/4 panel with outer wheel house
All trunk floors & drop offs
New Metal tail Light panel, then cut for kit
Rest of car was taken down to good bare metal. All new metal received etching primer with the whole car also receiving 1 coat of PORR 15

Front Suspension has been modified to a Heidt's Mustang II, Rack & pinion, coil over with i.5" drop spindles.

Rear Suspension has the i" drop Grab a Track springs. A Ford 9" has been installed with a 67 date coded third member, new traction lock unit with 4.11 motive gears. ( POSI )
Four wheel disk brakes, Wilwood rear disk brakes.

Engine is a 67 date coded block FE 390 with .030 over TRW fordge Pistons. Rods have been fitted with ARP bolts and have been reconditioned. File fit moly rings for the NOS. New 77 bearings both rod and crank. Main bolts are ARP as well. The upper end is all NEW EDELBROCK PERFORMER ALUMINUM HEADS, INTAKE, WATER PUMP, CAM SHAFT, TIMING CHAIN AND GEARS. DOVE SHAFT ROLLER ROCKERS, ARP BOLTS ON THE STANDS. This is all feed by a Holley 750 doub. pump
MSD IGNITION

4sp Ford Top Loader which came from a 69 Mach 1 390 according to the code tag. New Fly wheel, clutch, plate, and bearing

Just about the entire interior is all new
Kenwood CD with all of the Eleanor gauges and switches. The NOS is fully functional, but only the purge has been used so far for show.
